Dave Gheesling has been chairman & CEO of FEI, the largest residential finishing contractor organization in America, since he co founded the company in 1998.  Member companies in FEI's two separate divisions, Home Solutions and MultiFamily Solutions, operate across the country in the top national home builder and apartment markets, respectively, with total annual revenues of over $2 billion.

Gheesling is also president of The Scott G. Mishkin Foundation, a charitable organization founded “to establish and develop a lasting legacy of helping people in the name and honor of Scott G. Mishkin, carrying forward the torch of courage, enthusiasm, wisdom, serenity, and kindness with which he approached and lived his life in the face of ultimate adversity.”

Gheesling also fulfills speaking engagements on a variety of topics, including outside sales, entrepreneurship, opportunities in change, and human potential.

Gheesling earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Georgia Tech in 1990.  He currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia, and is married with three children.
