The Inocon Group's ReadySim™ Solution prepares NCAA Travel Agency for 2004 March Madness Success

Crisis Simulation Exercises Ensures Smooth Road to San Antonio - New Orleans

Atlanta, GA., April 6, 2004 - The INOCON Group, a global leader in Crisis and Incident Management planning, prevention, and simulation today announced that Short’s Travel Management has implemented ReadySim to prepare for the atypical process of moving all 129 NCAA Division I men’s and women’s college basketball for the NCAA Final Four.

INOCON’s ReadySim™ Solution provides organizations the opportunity to practice and rehearse atypical scenarios that do not fit within the framework of traditional daily business operations . ReadySim™ exercises, best categorized as intense and challenging but “non-threatening”, are specifically designed to emulate real-world scenarios in order to practice and respond for complex organizational environments. After Short’s was awarded the NCAA travel contract they contracted INOCON to prepare their team for the intense workload associated to the NCAA Final Four.

“The INOCON Group’s ReadySim™ solution gave our team the ability to challenge our planning and logistical procedures while exposing potential flaws in out strategy. We were able to put our team through a real-time, intense practice with our key external stakeholders such as our Airline and Charter partners, allowing us to validate our processes,” said David LeCompte, President, Short’s Travel Management

“Observing Short’s performance under such intense conditions and collapsed timeframes during the NCAA tournament(s) has been tremendously rewarding. It proves that any company willing to invest in planning and practice to validate plans can ensure their organization is ready to accomplish any task. The ReadySim™ rehearsal strategy allows management teams to respond to any pressure situations and perform in a confident and timely manner,” stated Dan Donovan, CEO - The INOCON Group.
